The campaign for the 2011 Archbishop’s Annual Appeal is in full swing. The Miracle of Sharing is something that touches us all and pulls us closer together as one family, in God. In tough economic times the number of disadvantaged people needing assistance and support grows. Help us meet their needs by giving generously this year.
A hearty thanks to all who have participated to date. As of June 17, 2011, with just 28% participation, our Cathedral parish has pledged over $90,000! You can be sure there are people in our own neighborhood who benefit from your gift. Last year the Cathedral of St Joseph Food Pantry was a recipient of a grant through the Appeal’s Vicariate Outreach Program. Helping our brothers and sisters in need… indeed.
